Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States, straight from our home base in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Orders are packed and on their way within 1–2 business days.
Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the real carrier rate for your address — so you only ever pay what it actually costs to get your order to you. Most small orders land in the $6–$12 range.
You will see the price before you pay. Just add your address at checkout and the options appear, including a faster choice if you need something to arrive quickly.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Returns
Because our products are printed and packed to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check sizes, ages and quantities before you order — and if you are unsure about anything, just ask us first and we will help.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us a photo at orders@smartyfun.com within 30 days and we will replace it free of charge. You do not need to send the damaged item back.
